Everything is better with a little feta.


I think I have a bit of a feta addiction, but somehow it always ends up sitting at the bottom of my fridge. It can work brilliantly as the hero of a meal, fried roasted or even in a salad. It also works as a great seasoning to add a little salt to a dish that needs it.

These recipes all work great as light evening meals but can also double as sides for bigger fancier meals with a big lump of meat.
