Or inside in fact.
The day-to-day menu is full of creative twists on old favourites alongside new and exciting dishes drawn from the wealth of experience the head chef holds from his time at top London restaurants.
On Basque night.
Oh Basque night.
The place transforms and I am instantly sent back to San Sebastian for the night.
The bar was packed with plates on plates on plates of delicious fresh ingredients arranged beautifully and packed full of amazing colours and smells.
I love the place but this night is one of the best there is.
The wine is also delicious, the Rioja went down far too easily and the fresh seafood pinto complemented it perfectly.
Personal favourites were the cockles in salsa verde and the squid ink risotto. The caramelised onion with goats cheese was also amazing.
I’m going to lie down and try and cope with all of the bread and cheese that is now in me.
My belly may hurt but it was 100% worth it.
