I am not a professional chef and if you read my recipes you’ll realise that i’ve made quite a few mistakes along the way.

But that’s why I love to cook, if it doesn’t work out it doesn’t matter, another meal will be along in a few hours to make up for it.

It’s creativity with the freedom to make mistakes.

Food can be wonderful, it can bring people together around a table, a camp fire or even on the side of a road. 

My mum always said that you should always eat-to-live, not live-to-eat.
